Very relaxing overall experience. Fabulous hotel with absolutely perfect and nice location and overall clean throughout. Large room, comfy bed and immaculately clean bathroom. Stunning views of lake, outstandingly helpful staff. Good meal at a la carte restaurant.

Location, location, location! The setting on the shore of Lake Como is breathtakingly beautiful. The adjacent harbor is ideal for accessing the lake's extensive ferry system for easy exploration of the area's many scenic villages and sites.

The hotel dining room's prix fixe dinner menu was disappointing and overpriced.

Very comfy bed, large bathroom and central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television in the room. Lovely location and beautiful facilities. Good food in the gourmet restaurant in the vicinity.

Somewhat aged and room we had was similar to aloft so balcony was enclosed. Also only one restaurant was open and served a very limited fixed menu. We never ate there

Exceptionally clean place with absolutely superb view of the mountains. Sensational breakfast with plenty of choice. Brand-new standard king room, comfy beds. Magnificent and ideal location next door to the ferry terminal, clean pool. Just next door to the restaurant, and the ferry port.

Enjoyed great-sized standard king room with balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location next door to city centre was marvellous.

The stunning lake view created a serene backdrop during our meals, while the evening live music on the terrace provided a good atmosphere.

A well represented hotel in a beautiful location

The pool next to the lake was really the highlight of the hotel. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location and the pool was the main reason I selected this hotel. For the price per night of the hotel, the accomodations should be refurbished. The decor had not been updated in quite some time.

Be sure to explore the outdoor dining area by the lake during sunset for a picturesque experience.

The views of Lake Como from our room were fine. The location was perfect, right by the ferry terminal. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The poolside area was beautiful and relaxing. The staff provided really good service throughout our stay.

this hotel reflects a grandeur that only old hotels with a history can achieve a new hotel never can create the atmosphere these hotels offer

Situation on the lake itself and the heated swimming pool was lovely, watching the boats come and go as very near ferry stop. All rooms with a good view over lake if chosen lake view. Have a fridge in room but no kettle

Breakfast was ok and pleased it was inclusive however always the same scrabbled egg and bacon, no orange juice, no fresh fruit as such just large apples and oranges so why no orange juice? Expensive meal in the evening for what it was - no general bistro type of meal so hence eat out on most nights - feel as though did not make the most of their outdoor patio for dinner which was a pity recommendations for future with the above mentioned so at least people they know
